CBD, curcumin and artemisinin are the subject of thousands of scientific papers, including in cancer research. Here is where that research honestly stands today.
01
CBD (cannabidiol)
In laboratory studies on cells and in animals, CBD has shown effects on cancer cells and on inflammation. These results have not been confirmed in clinical trials in people. The only approved CBD medicine (Epidiolex) is for rare forms of epilepsy.
02
Curcumin
One of the most studied plant compounds: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity in lab studies. Natural curcumin is very poorly absorbed, which is one reason human studies have been inconclusive — and why the micellar form exists.
03
Artemisinin (sweet wormwood)
A WHO-recognised antimalarial (used in combination therapies). University laboratories have studied artemisinin compounds against cancer cells in dishes and in rats. Human trials are still needed.
Bottom line
Laboratory results are a starting point, not proof that something works in people. None of our products is a medicine, and none of them treats or prevents cancer or any other disease.

If you or someone close is ill
Your treatment comes first
If you are being treated for cancer or another serious illness, your doctor's treatment plan is what matters most. Supplements cannot replace it.
1
Talk to your oncologist first. CBD and curcumin can interact with medicines, including some chemotherapy drugs, because they affect liver enzymes (CYP450) that break those drugs down.
2
Never stop or delay treatment because of any supplement or anything you read online — including on this page.
3
Everyday well-being matters too. Rest, sleep, calm and good nutrition support quality of life. If your doctor agrees, a supplement may be one small part of that.
